Slow Cooker Baked Kassler Rib
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 whole kassler (approx 1-2 pieces kassler rib per person) 
- 1 cup apple juice 
- 1 tbsp German mustard 
- 1 tbsp honey 
- freshly ground pepper 
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Put kassler rib into slow cooker. 
- Mix apple juice, mustard, and honey. Pour over kassler. 
- Grind some pepper over top of kassler. 
- Cover and cook on low for about 6 hours. 
- Remove kassler and serve with mashed potato or boiled baby potatoes, sauerkraut and german mustard.
