Slow Cooker Baked Kassler Rib
INGREDIENTS:
1 whole kassler (approx 1-2 pieces kassler rib per person)
1 cup apple juice
1 tbsp German mustard
1 tbsp honey
freshly ground pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
Put kassler rib into slow cooker.
Mix apple juice, mustard, and honey. Pour over kassler.
Grind some pepper over top of kassler.
Cover and cook on low for about 6 hours.
Remove kassler and serve with mashed potato or boiled baby potatoes, sauerkraut and german mustard.
