This class will feature the classic Italian pasta, ravioli. Learn to make dough from scratch as you have fun playing with some of our kitchen toys (such as the "doughbreaker"!) You will make ravioli from scratch, with three fillings (ricotta, pumpkin and beef), and pair each with some easy but delicious sauces, including sage & brown butter, gorgonzola dolce & walnut, and anchovy, garlic and chilli sauce. Also on the menu for the evening will be an Italian parpadelle with pinot braised duck & marscarpone ragu - all perfectly matched with a glass of Italian wine as you share what you've cooked with your teammates.
Slow cooking is the perfect winter go-to for busy families and lazy weekends! Learn how to use cheaper cuts of meat and slower cooking times to create dishes the whole family will love. This class will feature Italian recipes, with some beautiful Italian wines matched with your meal at the end of the class.
